Carol Service 6th December 2021

Members were able to gather for our annual Carol Service with the Worshipful Company of Poulters, at St Peter-upon-Cornhill. The City Singers, led by the conductor Richard Mander, were wonderful. It was a delight to see our past Master, Rowland Hughes, singing among their ranks. The choir were accompanied on the organ by the Master Poulter James Cross.

The service was led by Revd William Taylor and was as follows:

  • Choir: Come to Bethlehem (Arbeau)
  • Come, all ye faithful,

Following the service members gathered for wine and nibbles. This was a delight following many virtual events, and talking well into the evening as members mingled.
